BOOKING POLICY
Please note that when making a reservation with us a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to the cost of your first night’s stay will be charged 21 days prior to your stay or at the time of reservation for bookings made within this time period.
For guests booking though an agent i.e. Booking.com / Hotels.com / Expedia, payment will be taken in line with their terms and conditions.
HOUSE POLICIES
Children over the age of 8 years are welcome, but unfortunately, we are not suitable for young children or babies
No pets allowed except for assistance dogs
We are a no smoking premises, including e-cigarettes inside any part of the guest house, however, smoking areas are available outside
CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
We appreciate that plans can change for all sorts of reasons and we confirm that should you cancel up to 21 days before your booked arrival date that no charge will be made. Should you cancel your booking between 14 and 21 days before arrival the first night of your total stay is charged. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival the cancellation charge is 100% of the total value of the booking. However, we will always endeavour to re-sell the cancelled room(s) and if successful will refund you at the rate they are sold, less the non-refundable deposit.
Reservations made via OTAs (i.e. Booking.com / Hotels.com / Expedia) will be in accordance with their cancellation policy.
We do suggest that you take out a suitable travel insurance policy to provide cover in the event that you need to cancel.
All bookings are accepted strictly in accordance with the relevant booking policy of the agent used.
